Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, enter the quantity you require and click 'add to basket'. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by credit or debit card. If you are shopping from outisde the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Delivery, Postage and Packing
Usually we will post your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. All parcels within the UK are sent by first class standard mail. Orders should therefore reach you within 3-4 working days, but please allow 10 working days before reporting any missing items.
If any of the items you have ordered are currently out of stock we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the expected delivery date.
Orders from Outside the UK
For security reasons we are unable to ship the first order for overseas customers to any other address than the cardholder's address. For subsequent orders we are happy to ship to any other address within the same country.
Privacy Policy
Cuffs & Co do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted, they are not held in clear text on any web site. Payments are processed safely and securely by Barclaycard Merchant Services.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return goods e-mail us advising of your reason for return.
We will replace goods or provide a refund if the products are returned within 30 days. Please note that Wedding & Birthday Cufflinks and any other clearly marked items are excluded from our money back guarantee, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £2.50 or the full cost of postage (whichever is greater) to cover our postage and packaging costs.

Wholesale & Large Orders
We are happy to accomodate large orders and trade enquiries.
Samples are available on request, however due to the high demand we do require a credit card deposit to cover the cost of requested samples. The full deposit will be refunded on return of samples or from your first order. |
