How long will my order take to arrive?
STANDARD DELIVERY (UK)
All orders sent by our standard delivery service are sent first class by normal post, this should usually take around 2-3 days for your order to reach you. However, we would ask that you allow seven full days from your order date before contacting us as the post can get delayed especially during busy periods.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK)
If you opted for our express delivery and your order was placed before 1pm (UK time) Monday-Friday then your order should be with you the next working day. We send goods by Special Delivery, so some remote parts of the UK can take a little longer. If you have not received your order within 2 working days then please contact us.
AIRMAIL
All parcels sent overseas are sent by first class standard airmail. To most parts of Europe this can take up to 14 days and 21 days to other parts of the world. If you do not receive your order within 21 days please contact us. We are currently unable to offer an express airmail service.

Is your full range on the website?
Generally, yes. Discontinued items will be removed from the website as stocks run low, and new items may appear in our shops a few days before they appear on this website. We are also unable to sell some designer ranges on this website.
How often does your stock change?
Our stock continually changes with new ranges being added all the time.
Are goods cheaper in your shops or on your website?
Prices are usually the same (excluding postage) on the website as in our shops. However, from time to time we may offer web-only offers and vice-versa.

Can you make personalised cufflinks?
We are currently unable to produce personalised cufflinks at an affordable price.
